Higher Support When You Need It

Highest outpatient structure

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Full-day outpatient treatment for adults who need more structure.

PHP is our highest level of outpatient care. Adults attend treatment five days a week for about five hours per day, then return home each evening. Treatment includes group therapy, skills-based groups, psychiatric care, and medication management.

Structured weekly support

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Structured treatment with more flexibility built into the week.

IOP provides approximately three hours of treatment three days per week, allowing adults to receive more support while maintaining more of their work, family, and daily responsibilities. Programming includes group therapy, skills training, and access to individual and psychiatric services.

Flexible Care That Fits Your Life

Outpatient services offer focused support with a schedule and format shaped around the kind of care that may fit you best.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one support built around your goals.

Individual therapy gives you dedicated time with a licensed therapist to work through what's happening, understand patterns, develop practical tools, and make meaningful changes at your own pace.

Couples Therapy

Work on the relationship—not just the conflict.

Couples therapy provides a neutral space to understand what's happening between you, work through recurring patterns, and find healthier ways to communicate and reconnect.

Group Therapy

A structured space for connection, perspective, and practice.

Group therapy is a big part of IOP and PHP. It brings people together around shared mental health experiences with guidance from a licensed mental health professional.

Groups can provide opportunities to practice new skills, hear different perspectives, and feel understood by people navigating similar challenges.

Medication Management

Psychiatric support that considers the whole picture.

Medication management is another important part of IOP and PHP. Experienced psychiatric professionals consider your symptoms, history, goals, and response to treatment when determining whether medication may be appropriate.
