Individual Therapy
Individual therapy gives you dedicated time with a licensed therapist to talk through what you're experiencing, understand what's getting in the way, and work toward meaningful change.
You don't have to have it all figured out before you start.

Telehealth may be available for eligible outpatient clients located in Virginia.
Your therapist will use approaches suited to your needs and adjust treatment as you make progress.
Your therapy should fit you—not the other way around.
Your first therapy session isn't a test. It's a conversation.
Your therapist will ask what's bringing you in, learn about relevant history, and give you space to share what you're comfortable sharing.
Together, you'll begin identifying what's been difficult, what you want to change, and what support might be most helpful.
You'll begin establishing goals for therapy and a plan for moving forward.
You don't need the perfect words or a five-year plan.
You just need to start the conversation.
Finding the fit
Maybe you've been feeling different lately. Maybe something happened that you haven't been able to move past. Or maybe you simply know that the way things are going isn't working anymore.
That's enough to start a conversation.
During your confidential intake assessment, a licensed clinician will learn about what you're experiencing, your history, and what you're hoping will change. From there, we'll help determine whether individual therapy or another level of care makes the most sense for you.

Alongside individual therapy, our services include IOP, PHP, medication management, family therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy.
If your needs change, your care can change with you. You don't have to start over to get the support you need.
